Ruby is a skilled huntress, having trained at the now defunct Beacon Academy. She's a good fighter, though is somewhat reliant on her weapon, the Crimson Rose. Troubled by her past failiures and the death of her mother, she tries her hardest to be a good leader, both of Team RWBY and in the fight against Salem.
